  • Better Brains for Babies Reliable information on how parents' can assist in their child's brain development.

  • Center for Disease Control The CDC has a wealth of information on all health related topics.

  • Eating Disorders Information Network Information and resources for parents and children about eating disorders.
  • Ga. Insurance Commissioner If you have an issue with your insurance company, whether they are denying services or not paying according to their contract, you should email the insurance commissioner for assistance. We have found his office to be very proactive for healthcare patients and they have been a strong active for patients.
  • Girls' Health This site promotes healthy, positive behavior in girls 10-16 with information on health issues and tips on handling relationships with friends and family
  • Kids' Chess Studies have shown many positive benefits from playing chess. This is a great site for children (and their parents) to learn how to play chess or improve their chess game.
  • KidSites.com This site searches a variety of websites for safe, entertaining and educational sites for children. There are educational as well as "just for fun" websites for children.
  • Kids Health First Pediatric Alliance KIDS FIRST Pediatric Alliance is devoted to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective primary care to infants, children, and adolescents through clinical expertise, advocacy, education, collaboration, research, and information management.
  • National Institutes of Health Information on a variety of diseases affecting children and teens.
  • Prescription Drug Financial Assistance The Partnership for Prescription Assistance brings together America's pharmaceutical companies, doctors, other health care providers, patient advocacy organizations and community groups to help qualifying patients who lack prescription coverage get the medicines they need through the public or private program that's right for them. Many will get them free or nearly free. Among the organizations collaborating on this program are the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Autoimmune Related Diseases Association, the Lupus Foundation of America, the NAACP, the National Alliance for Hispanic Health and the National Medical Association.
  • Toddler 411 The "bonus material" on this site has information (with pictures) of many different types of rashes and birthmarks.
  • Vaccinate Your Baby is an awareness campaign that was launched by Every Child By Two, an organization devoted to raising awareness of the critical need for timely immunization and to foster a systematic way to immunize all of America's children by age two. The site was launched in August of 2008, and features news and information for parents who wish to learn the truth about immunization and how best to protect their children from vaccine-preventable diseases.
